Eliot Hetterly
Senior Manager for Housing Development


Eliot Hetterly (they/them) is ANHD's Senior Manager for Housing Development. They work with ANHD's mission-driven developer members to fight for stronger housing development programs and policies that provide critically needed affordable and supportive housing in our city. Prior to joining ANHD, Eliot worked as a Project Manager for Community League of the Heights and Homeward NYC and was a 2013 Fulbright research scholar in Mumbai, India where they studied housing policy at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Eliot holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from CUNY Hunter College. They live in Brooklyn with their cat Salem and enjoy fermenting, cooking vegan food, hiking, and gardening in their free time.
