DAP Portal Redesign: Applications During COVID-19

How can the redesigned DAP Portal help us understand housing during the pandemic?

For the past year, ANHD has been refining its Displacement Alert Portal data tool in response to feedback from our member organizations, local elected officials, and other partners. DAP Portal is now smoother and easier to use, and we've incorporated features to respond to this moment. In this training, you will learn:

• Major ways we've added to, simplified, and otherwise redesigned the Portal for ease of use
• How we implemented borough-wide and citywide searches to answer important questions about our housing landscape before and during COVID-19, such as: Have evictions actually stopped? Are tenants still bringing landlords to court for repairs and to stop harassment? How have building sales been affected? Are building conditions declining?
