Drill Down on Displacement Data: ID Buildings with DAP Portal

Learn how ANHD's new DAP Portal tool can help you identify high-risk buildings for outreach and organizing! ​

Join us to learn about ANHD's new DAP Portal data tool, with a particular focus on its District Dashboard and Custom Search features. These two features allow users to build maps and reports of buildings that have high risk thresholds, be it due to high complaint volumes, speculation, evictions, or other indicators. Additionally, the Portal's Property Lookup gives users an immediate view of detailed historical building records, all in one place. This training is particularly appropriate for tenant organizers and others who do proactive outreach to at-risk tenants. The training will include a demo and small group work using prompts to learn the tool. Please bring a laptop if possible and notify Lucy.B@anhd.org if you cannot.
