Since 1986, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program has been the country's most extensive affordable housing program, providing owners/developers an incentive to create and maintain affordable housing. Mr. Traylor will give us an in-depth overview of the LIHTC program and its requirements, provide us with a brief history of the program, explain key syndication issues, and update us on the current status of the LIHTC program, including current investor trends and market outlook for affordable housing developers.
