Organizing Unregulated Tenants

Did You Know that NYC has Almost 600,000 Unregulated Tenant Households?

Many New York City-based tenant organizing groups have focused on organizing in rent stabilized buildings, but New York City also has almost 600,000 unregulated tenant households. In order to build power to win Just Cause Eviction legislation and other local and statewide tenant protections, we need to do a more effective job of expanding our base to include unregulated tenants. This training will give organizers the tools and resources they need to do that!
