OSHA 30-Hour Spanish Training

We’re thrilled to announce our OSHA 30-Hour Spanish Training, brought to you by the Affordable Housing Institute.

ANHD’s training series is designed to ensure local community groups and individuals interested in building, preserving, managing, and supporting affordable housing and in promoting economic and racial justice have the skills, resources, and networks needed to engage in the work and tackle complex community development issues.

This course will be completely online via Zoom and will be divided into four days:

• Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:30pm 
• Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 8:00am to 4:30pm

The course will cover topics related to the effective management of occupational health and safety in the construction industry and will help workers improve their skills and better understand worker health and safety when participating in work activities that expose them to hazards. At the end of the course, participants will be certified for 30 hours of OSHA training and will receive their 30-hour OSHA cards.

Class registration will have a limit of 40. Please contact us if tickets are sold out to add you to the waiting list for upcoming sessions.

El curso tratará temas relacionados con la gestión eficaz de la salud y la seguridad ocupacional en la industria de la construcción. Este curso ayudará a trabajadores a mejorar sus habilidades y comprender mejor la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores en actividades laborales que los exponen a peligros. Al final del curso, los participantes estarán certificados con 30 horas de capacitación de OSHA y recibirán sus tarjetas de 30 horas de OSHA.
