This program is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of the components that go into successfully managing and executing a project before, during, and after affordable housing construction. Participants will learn components of construction management that take place during the construction phase of a real estate development project. Students will learn how to identify and implement best practices and strategies used in the construction industry.
Once a deal is closed, how is it executed? The construction management and administration process contains many different hurdles and challenges. We will go over what a developer needs to do to ensure projects get done on time and on budget, including the phases of development and the construction process.
This 1.5-hour session will explore:
