Staff will get hands-on training in the essential and sometimes complicated process of effectively removing ECB, HPD & DOB violations from our buildings. We will be guided through the process with actual hands-on help filling out the relevant forms in order to avoid sometimes outsized and unnecessary fines. Bring your specific unresolved issues. This training is geared to property managers, supers, back office staff, project managers and supervisors.
