Using DAP Portal to Get Our Communities Rent Relief

Community-based organizations are at the forefront of getting tenants and small homeowners signed up for the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) to distribute desperately needed rent relief and keep communities safely housed. But how do we locate the tenants and small homeowners who need relief most urgently?

Join ANHD on Friday, August 6th from 10:30 am - 12 pm for a training on Using DAP Portal for ERAP Outreach. The training will cover:

• Identifying buildings where tenants are at high risk of displacement (e.g. complaints, violations, histories of evictions and deregulation);
• Creating maps and lists of buildings for outreach by Community District; Council, Assembly, or Senate District; or Zip Code;
• Creating custom searches with detailed criteria to identify buildings; and
• Exporting building lists to CSV for your own analysis.
