Making Memorable Meetings

We’ve all participated in some hard, frustrating, and unproductive meetings. We’ve also (hopefully!) participated in some exciting, inspiring, and productive meetings too!

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to facilitate successful meetings. We’ll share concrete methods, practices, and tools that you can use in your work. You’ll also have the opportunity to share and receive feedback on specific challenges you’ve experienced. This workshop is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of how much experience you have or the kind of work you do. If you’re new to meeting facilitation or have been at it a while, and if your meetings are with tenant associations, inter-organizational coalitions, or your own staff — This workshop is for you!
