ANHD began hosting our Annual Community Development Conference over a decade ago, in 2011, recognizing the need for a space where key players in the community development field could come together to discuss and listen to timely affordable housing and economic development matters in New York City.

The ANHD conference has proven highly successful—annually engaging 400+ local non-profit and Community Development Corporation members, mission-driven developers, government officials, bank and financial institution representatives, and other allies in the field to discuss timely housing, economic, and social justice topics. Each conference event is designed to challenge participants to think about their work in new ways, and to meet new colleagues.
