Annais (she/her) is ANHD’s Grants Manager. She supports ANHD’s general fundraising efforts, including managing our grant portfolio and coordinating special events like our Fight Forward Event Series. As a lifelong New Yorker, she is committed to advancing equity and access in our communities and strengthening the organizations that serve them. Before ANHD, Annais worked in community organizing focused on expanding access to higher education and economic justice for students receiving public assistance, and in nonprofit executive search supporting mission-driven organizations. She is a strong proponent of public education and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women and Gender Studies with a concentration in Public Policy from CUNY Hunter College. Outside of work, Annais is an avid bookworm and proud homebody.
