Lily Zaballos (she/her) is ANHD’s Member Engagement Coordinator. Lily joined ANHD in 2024 as our Community Planning Coordinator, supporting land use technical assistance work with elected officials. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Member Engagement Coordinator, leading outreach to our member organizations and providing strategic support as ANHD reimagines our approach to member engagement. Prior to joining ANHD, Lily worked across the education, community development, and urban planning fields.

She has facilitated educational programming with youth and their families at various nonprofits across NYC, served as a 2021-2022 ANHD/Morgan Stanley Community Development Fellow advancing small business support and organizing with the Cooper Square Committee, and most recently, supported cross-sector urban planning projects in the Northeast as a project manager in the private sector. Lily holds a B.A. in Individualized Study from New York University and a M.S. in Urban Policy and Leadership from Hunter College. Originally from Oakland, CA, Lily now resides in Brooklyn, where she can often be found running, biking, and gathering with friends around the dinner table.
