Sarah Internicola (she/her) is a Housing Policy Associate at ANHD. She supports research, policy, and advocacy around affordable housing preservation and development. Prior to joining ANHD in August 2026, she worked as a housing policy analyst in city government, where she led research and published reports on a variety of housing topics in New York City. She got her start working in housing policy as an intern with ANHD during her graduate studies. Sarah holds a B.A. in Urban and Public Policy Studies from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master of Urban Planning from NYU Wagner.
