Travis Bostick (he/him) is ANHD’s Director of Policy and Research. He oversees the coordination of ANHD and its members’ strategic priorities related to policy initiatives, including housing, land use, responsible banking, equitable economic development, and sustainability. Prior to this role, he worked extensively in affordable housing and economic development in government, real estate development, and consulting. His breadth of experience encompasses the implementation of the RAD/PACT preservation program at NYCHA and streamlining economic development incentive programs for housing development on the Economic Development team for the County Executive’s Office in Prince George’s County, MD. Additionally, Travis has experience with social science research from the Levy Economics Institute at Bard College and program evaluation experience from Enterprise Community Partners and Public Works Partners. Travis is a native New Yorker. He holds a BA in Social Policy from Bard College and an MA in Theories of Urban Practice and Research from Parsons School of Design at The New School. He has also completed coursework in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University’s School of Professional Studies.
