ANHD's Affordable Housing Institute is offering a five-week low-cost, high-intensity, high-impact skills training program starting September 26, 2024. Throughout this training, participants will:
- Understand HPD/HDC term sheets
- Finance low-income multi-family rental projects
- Focus on ELLA and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
- Engage in interactive peer-to-peer learning
- Build critical skills for NYC housing development
Participating ANHD Members, such as Beulah HDFC Inc., Community Voices Heard, Cypress Hills LDC, and more, have already benefited from this training!
