Learn how to develop winnable campaigns to improve building conditions.

In this workshop, organizers will hone concrete skills that will enable them to build tenant power and support tenant leaders in their building-level campaigns for repairs and respect, including: (1) How to identify an issue, (2) The stages of a campaign, (3) How to do a basic power analysis, (4) How to develop a campaign strategy (e.g. tactics, how to escalate, etc.), and (5) Databases and other resources for building research.
