Financing Opportunities, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability Incentive in NYC

ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute (AHI) is partnering with the NYC Accelerator to provide training on all financing opportunities, energy efficiency incentives, and sustainability incentives available in NYC to affordable housing developers.

Throughout the session, participants will be provided with:
• An overview of financing opportunities currently available to affordable housing developers for the purpose of energy efficiency upgrades and sustainability or renovations more broadly.
• An overview of all currently available energy efficiency and sustainability incentive programs currently available to affordable housing developers. For example, Clean Heat, Low-Carbon Pathways, Redi, anything related to solar etc.

There will be a presentation of information, time for Q&A, and an opportunity for participants to connect with other attendees to pair & share.
