Local Law 97 & AMEEP Overview

ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute is partnering with KC3 to offer an info session that will help attendees prepare for new LL97 reporting requirements and reviews how to avoid fines and incentives available through the Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP). Throughout this session, participants will gain an understanding of:

• How affordable housing building owners and operators can go about pursuing penalty mitigation and the costs associated
• Last minute compliance options folks can still pursue if exceeding carbon emissions caps for 2024
• Preparation for reporting in May 2025 including how to identify a retro-commissioning agent
• The objectives and benefits of AMEEP
