The OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach Training Program is intended to provide a variety of training to workers with some safety responsibility. New York Safety and Training’s course covers a variety of construction industry safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter. Training will emphasize hazard identification, avoidance control, and prevention, not OSHA standards. Topics include Introduction to OSHA, your rights as a worker, Chemical Hazard Communication, Personal Protective Equipment, Fall Hazards, Electrical Hazards, Struck-By Hazards, and Caught-in-between Hazards.
